Yes, a lease agreement must be signed. Corporate Housing Pros (CHP) facilitates the process and clearly explains all lease terms. Once the lease is executed, no further action is required from your side. CHP manages and pays all rents and associated fees, which are included in the daily per-person rate.
The minimum stay is seven months. CHP focuses on long-term housing and does not offer short-term stays.

CHP charges a daily rate per person, which varies based on the location and number of occupants.
The rate includes rent, utilities, internet, streaming services, new amenities, and 24/7 concierge and support services.
CHP requires a minimum of 4 occupants in two-bedroom units and 6 occupants in three-bedroom units (standard: 2 beds per room).
CHP invoices clients on the 15th of each month for rent due on the 1st of the upcoming month. Billing is based on the number of occupants staying in the provided units.
Payments can be made via wire transfer or check. All payment terms and due dates are outlined in the Services Agreement provided at the beginning of each season.
